Contour Roofing are fully committed to safe working practices on and off all building sites and ensuring and enforcing that all our personnel are fully trained.
Contour Roofing are members of CHAS (The contractors Health and Safety Scheme) and have access to professional advice via AKEVA Safety Solutions who we work closely with to maintain and update our training and policy requirements.

- Risk assessments and Method statements – These are continually revised and audited with the ever changing requirements within the industry.
- Point of work Risk Assessments – These are completed for small works by our trained Maintenance operatives and Contract Managers.
- COSHH (Control of substances Hazardous to Health) data sheets.
- Fire Audits.
- All operatives to have CSCS cards and working towards NVQ Level 2.
- All Contract Managers to have SMSTS (Site Managers Safety Training Scheme)
- All Contract Managers and Site Supervisors to have SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme)
- Regular tool box talks carried out by Contract Managers.
- First Aid, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Working at Height, Harness Training, Face fit mask tests, Forklift training, Slinger Banksman training and Fire Marshall Training.
