Once we’d navigated the familiar dance of “I know how to use a nail gun” and “I’ve been using these for years without a single accident”, we got down to business with Paslode nail gun safety training. Coordinating all employees and subcontractors to come off-site for morning and afternoon sessions of the half-day course was no small feat – but Leah did a fantastic job keeping things organised and the roofers in check (the tea and cakes may have helped with that part!).
Continuous training and education are key to making sure everyone goes home safely at the end of each day. That’s why we’re committed to ongoing investment in a fully trained workforce.
