Working throughout the Pandemic
The ability to adapt and respond to the changing work situations and environment has been key throughout the pandemic.
Sounds pretty straight forward but to adapt as a person you must be adaptable which is why TheContourWay TEAM thrives and rises to these challenges. From the outset of this pandemic we had to adapt and very quickly to ensure that we kept everybody safe but also protect the jobs of all our employees and sub-contractors.
Prior to the lockdown Contour Roofing (Essex) Limited was extremely passionate about flexible working hours and locations acknowledging the balance required to accommodate work and a quality time at home with the family.
All our staff completed and successfully passed the Mental Health 1st Aid training back in 2019 and are fully capable of accessing and managing their own time and wellbeing but also looking out for each other #TheContourWay.
