Contour Roofing (Essex) Limited carried out the roofing works to three apartment blocks for long term partner/customer Fairview New Homes at Orchard Lodge, William Booth Road, Anerley, SE20 8BX.

This was Contour Roofing’s first outing working with a NEW waterproofing system and partnering with IKO the work was completed successfully in ‘PermaScreed’ and ‘PermaTech’ Hot Melt. Health and Safety is paramount at Contour Roofing so the training and preparation was on the agenda for months in advance prior to starting the works.

Joe McCanna Contour Roofing Contract manager said “we was all a bit apprehensive having to adapt to a new waterproofing system and even more so knowing the risks involved”. “The one thing I love about working for Contour Roofing is there is no cutting of any corners and no boarder stone goes unturned when it comes to ensuring we carry out our works safely and to the highest quality so it was game on”.

The job was completed in April 2019 on time and budget and of course to the usual high standards. The roof is beautifully complemented with a Sedum Roof finish supplied and installed by Sky-Garden Green Roofs.
